Stefano Aldighieri

Stefano is a globally recognized design and creative director. He has comprehensive knowledge of the fashion industry from textiles to wet processing of garments and is acknowledged as a world authority in denim and jeans. He has the ability to work in a variety of environments from small entrepreneurial companies to large multinational organizations. In addition, he understands global cultures having lived and worked in four countries. He also has experience directing and developing new product creation including design, merchandising, marketing, forecasting, and budgeting. Former Creative Director for Hudson Jeans; CEO/co-Founder of Tuff Gong Clothing; Creative Director for 7 for all Mankind; Design Director for Levi Strauss & Co. and has worked with many other global brands.

 
 

Margaret Bishop

A high energy, passionate leader and accomplished apparel manager with proven results in entrepreneurial and established business environments. Margaret has broad experience in textile and apparel production. She's knowledgeable in garment construction, embellishment, fit, fabrication, and quality including compliance, restricted substances, California Prop 65 and California Transparency in Supply Chains Act. Internationally recognized authority on supply chain excellence, lean enterprise in the apparel industry, and reshoring garment manufacturing, from artisanal to industrial scale production domestic and worldwide. Built, led, and managed successful, collaborative multinational senior management teams in Asia, Africa, Haiti, and the United States. Paul Clarke is a recognized expert in “front-end” technology development and implementation for the apparel/retail industries. Rajini Janardhan

Rajini Janardhan, Ph.D, is a strategic, results-focused executive with a dynamic 15-year consulting career in product integrity risk mitigation for the consumer products industry. Rajini is a subject matter expert in global regulatory compliance, product safety, quality assurance, and social compliance across the supply chain. She has in-depth expertise in developing and executing diverse quality assurance/compliance programs. Clarke Kawakami

Clarke Kawakami is an entrepreneurial, senior finance and IT executive with experience in the Outdoor Industry as well as a number of information technology startups. His primary area of expertise is the intersection of business process and information systems. Clarke has extensive experience in business process reengineering, system requirements development and system implementations in diverse industries including sporting goods, footwear, commercial audio equipment and property and casualty insurance. Multiple executive positions including CFO and CIO for Black Diamond Equipment during its first ten years of operation where he was involved in two ERP implementations and multiple early WWW initiatives. Clarke also has experience with Business Intelligence and PLM system implementation.

Kilara (Little) Le

An innovative and creative designer and artist who possesses broad knowledge of textile design and apparel processes. Skilled in linking customer needs to design and technical solutions.  Background in textile technology, design, and retail. Ms. Little has consulted for and implemented software technologies at many companies ranging from design focused organizations to large retailers. Kilara worked for Gerber Technology before joining WWA and has worked on projects including process improvement, speed to market, software development, support and implementation.


 
 

Daniel Markovitz

Dan helps companies improve processes and systems by applying lean manufacturing concepts to office and knowledge work. He's a faculty member at the Lean Enterprise Institute and teaches frequently at the Stanford University Continuing Studies Program. He also leads a class on A3 thinking at the Ohio State University’s Fisher School of Business. Earlier in his career, he held management positions in product marketing and development at Sierra Designs, Adidas, and Asics Tiger. He also founded his own skateboarding footwear company. A frequent speaker who has contributed to the Harvard Business Review blog, Quality Progress Magazine, Industry Week, Reliable Plant magazine, and Management Services Journal. He also lived in Japan for four years and is fluent in Japanese.


 
 

Jill Mazur

Jill has twenty years of experience in the apparel industry and consulting. Her expertise is in project management, business operations and systems selection/design/implementation. She has a diversified systems background with a proven ability to effectively analyze business processes and systems requirements. Shaun Tomson

Shaun Tomson founded, managed, and sold 2 apparel brands in the $50-$100 million sales range – Instinct in the ‘80’s and Solitude in the 90’s. He has held positions with both Patagonia and O’Neill and is a current board member of Surfrider Foundation, the world’s largest surfing environmental group. He is a best selling author (Surfers Code), an award winning filmmaker (Bustin’ down the Door) and a World Professional Surfing Champion. He is an inspirational speaker on positive values and overcoming challenges and his clients include General Motors, Price Waterhouse, Cisco, Disney and Toys R Us. He is a business finance and administration graduate from the University of Natal in his hometown of Durban, South Africa.
