Stefano Aldighieri

Stefano is a globally recognized design and creative director. He has comprehensive knowledge of the fashion industry from textiles to wet processing of garments and is acknowledged as a world authority in denim and jeans. He has the ability to work in a variety of environments from small entrepreneurial companies to large multinational organizations. In addition, he understands global cultures having lived and worked in four countries. He also has experience directing and developing new product creation including design, merchandising, marketing, forecasting, and budgeting. Former Creative Director for Hudson Jeans; CEO/co-Founder of Tuff Gong Clothing; Creative Director for 7 for all Mankind; Design Director for Levi Strauss & Co. and has worked with many other global brands.


Margaret Bishop

A high energy, passionate leader and accomplished apparel manager with proven results in entrepreneurial and established business environments. Margaret has broad experience in textile and apparel production. She's knowledgeable in garment construction, embellishment, fit, fabrication, and quality including compliance, restricted substances, California Prop 65 and California Transparency in Supply Chains Act. Internationally recognized authority on supply chain excellence, lean enterprise in the apparel industry, and reshoring garment manufacturing, from artisanal to industrial scale production domestic and worldwide. Built, led, and managed successful, collaborative multinational senior management teams in Asia, Africa, Haiti, and the United States. Excellent communication skills with fluency in French; working knowledge of Spanish. Margaret has worked in 50 countries and lived in 11.


Paul Clarke

Paul Clarke is a recognized expert in “front-end” technology development and implementation for the apparel/retail industries. Paul has more than 25 years of product development experience in these industry sectors having held senior positions in industry leaders such as Lectra, TUKAtech, Gerber Technology, Justwin Technologies, ENCAD and the Foxboro Company. He has extensive experience implementing technology and with process consulting to help shorten the product development process.


Terri Danaher

Terri Danaher is a senior executive and a seasoned product development and sourcing leader. She combines extensive experience managing global cross-functional teams with her entrepreneurial spirit to improve time-to-value for apparel product lines. Terri has particular expertise in resolving the frequent problems and complex issues that arise from language and cultural barriers during the apparel development and manufacturing cycle. Additionally, Terri balances an ability to spot market trends with an appreciation for excellent design and an unwavering focus on quality to ensure that end products meet their merchandising and business goals. Gretchen Dudon

Gretchen Dudon has 11+ years of experience in business development across an array of industries. For the last half of her career, Gretchen focused on strategic sustainability consulting and business development. She is recognized for her communication skills and her ability to manage relationships effectively. Gretchen created the Dudonova Group after identifying the need for clear representation of sustainability and energy management service companies to the retail industry.


Joe Fink

A very experienced senior IT executive who drives business performance by restructuring and optimizing processes, and implementing technology solutions with rapid ROI. Experience includes managing multiple global and domestic products in apparel manufacturing, retail, ecommerce and mail-order. Expertise includes ERP, supply chain management, distribution and warehouse management, POS, inventory, sales, transportation, data warehousing, IPO enablement, space and floor planning and team leadership. Amy's strengths lie in strategic & operational planning, implementation, process re-engineering, change management, and process & technology project management. Alfonso Hernandez

Alfonso is a high profile strategic planner for the softgoods supply chain in Latin America.
He is a former company owner (multiple factories) with expertise in corporate strategy, marketing, sales, finance and crisis management. Alfonso was the Founder and C.E.O. of The Argus Group, the third largest and highly professional apparel manufacturing operation in the Caribbean Basin with an active portfolio of 21 major U.S. multi-national apparel brands and private label customers. Alfonso brings depth in manufacturing, marketing and project management to WWA Advisors. Rajini Janardhan

Rajini Janardhan, Ph.D, is a strategic, results-focused executive with a dynamic 15-year consulting career in product integrity risk mitigation for the consumer products industry. Rajini is a subject matter expert in global regulatory compliance, product safety, quality assurance, and social compliance across the supply chain. She has in-depth expertise in developing and executing diverse quality assurance/compliance programs. Holding a Ph.D in Human Environmental Sciences, Dr. Janardhan’s experience includes managing laboratory testing operations, technical account management and technical/regulatory consulting.


Danielle Jin

Danielle Jin has 15+ years of experience in all phases of the apparel industry from design and merchandising through to international sourcing and production. She has “done it all” and has strengths in product development, technical design and sourcing. Former positions include Product Development Manager, Production Manager, and Technical Designer for Oxford Industries, Kellwood, Fredrick Atkins, Animated Images (Ai) and others. She was also one of the first Associates helping to develop the concept for services in WWA.


Clarke Kawakami

Clarke Kawakami is an entrepreneurial, senior finance and IT executive with experience in the Outdoor Industry as well as a number of information technology startups. His primary area of expertise is the intersection of business process and information systems. Clarke has extensive experience in business process reengineering, system requirements development and system implementations in diverse industries including sporting goods, footwear, commercial audio equipment and property and casualty insurance. Multiple executive positions including CFO and CIO for Black Diamond Equipment during its first ten years of operation where he was involved in two ERP implementations and multiple early WWW initiatives. Clarke also has experience with Business Intelligence and PLM system implementation.


Heike M. Kluemper-Hilgart

Expert understanding of apparel and accessory design and production. Strong garment background in design, product development, sourcing and regional buying office management with major international companies. Employment history includes key management roles in Europe, Mexico and Central America. Previous positions include: Global Leader of Garment Design and Development, W.L. Gore Associates GmbH; Category Manager of Softlines, Hanes Brands, Mexico City and Central America; Betty Barclay GmbH, Sample Maker. Currently Founder/Managing Director of HMK Consulting – Europe.


Kilara (Little) Le

An innovative and creative designer and artist who possesses broad knowledge of textile design and apparel processes. Skilled in linking customer needs to design and technical solutions.  Background in textile technology, design, and retail. Ms. Little has consulted for and implemented software technologies at many companies ranging from design focused organizations to large retailers. Kilara worked for Gerber Technology before joining WWA and has worked on projects including process improvement, speed to market, software development, support and implementation.


Daniel Markovitz

Dan helps companies improve processes and systems by applying lean manufacturing concepts to office and knowledge work. He's a faculty member at the Lean Enterprise Institute and teaches frequently at the Stanford University Continuing Studies Program. He also leads a class on A3 thinking at the Ohio State University’s Fisher School of Business. Earlier in his career, he held management positions in product marketing and development at Sierra Designs, Adidas, and Asics Tiger. He also founded his own skateboarding footwear company. A frequent speaker who has contributed to the Harvard Business Review blog, Quality Progress Magazine, Industry Week, Reliable Plant magazine, and Management Services Journal. He also lived in Japan for four years and is fluent in Japanese.


Jill Mazur

Jill has twenty years of experience in the apparel industry and consulting. Her expertise is in project management, business operations and systems selection/design/implementation. She has a diversified systems background with a proven ability to effectively analyze business processes and systems requirements. Previous employment includes: Director Business Processes, Quiksilver (SAP Implementation); Director for Michael Stars (including NGC ERP implementation); Project Manager for Warnaco’s SAP evaluation and implementation; Project Manager for Guess? for IT business system and QRS (EDI), Practice Manager with Kurt Salmon Associates Technology Group; Systems Consulting Manager for Stonefield Josephson; and Assistant to the President for Deena-Lucie Ann (intimates company wherein Jill was responsible for implementing the Wal-Mart Retail Link).

Cara Schmidt

Cara Schmidt has outstanding credentials and experience in pattern design and development from prototype to production. She has owned and operated a pattern and marking service bureau for small and medium sized companies in Southern California for 20 years. She has strong process knowledge and good ‘best practice’ instincts that are bolstered by her talent in pattern drafting, fit and testing. Cara has worked with numerous segments of the apparel industry and has pattern and product development skills in many product areas.


Shaun Tomson

Shaun Tomson founded, managed, and sold 2 apparel brands in the $50-$100 million sales range – Instinct in the ‘80’s and Solitude in the 90’s. He has held positions with both Patagonia and O’Neill and is a current board member of Surfrider Foundation, the world’s largest surfing environmental group. He is a best selling author (Surfers Code), an award winning filmmaker (Bustin’ down the Door) and a World Professional Surfing Champion. He is an inspirational speaker on positive values and overcoming challenges and his clients include General Motors, Price Waterhouse, Cisco, Disney and Toys R Us. He is a business finance and administration graduate from the University of Natal in his hometown of Durban, South Africa. He lives in Montecito, California with his wife Carla and son Luke and still finds time to chase the perfect wave.
