Marcy Allen has 30 years of experience in the retail and fashion industries at the executive level and most recently as a consultant. She is excellent at highlighting opportunities, developing and driving process including organizational change, coaching and mentoring of teams in design, product development and sourcing. Her primary areas of expertise are in design, merchandising, product development, licensing and sourcing. Marcy's positions have included: consultant/acting SVP Product Development, Goody's Family Clothing; Sr. Director Design Operations, Gap Inc.; VP Marketing, Spring Industries; EVP Sales and Marketing, Heckler Mfg. Inc and VP DMM Associated Dry Goods.

 

Renee Bavineau

A senior executive with over 18 years of experience in the apparel/retail industry. Renee is known for her ability to establish solid partnerships and for her excellence both with hands-on work and with methods. Renee has led, trained and mentored technical teams globally for leading retailers and brands as Director of Technical Design Development & Production at Ann Taylor, Director of Technical Design at Federated, Vice President of Technical Design/QA at Elie Tahari, and similarly at Gap and Land's End. Under her leadership, technical design teams have notably improved fit and approval rates and reduced pre-production lead times.

 

Paul Clarke

Paul Clarke is a recognized expert in “front-end” technology development and implementation for the apparel/retail industries. Paul has more than 25 years of product development experience in these industry sectors having held senior positions with industry leaders such as TUKATECH, Gerber Technology, Justwin Technologies, ENCAD and the Foxboro Company. He has extensive experience implementing technology and process consulting to help shorten the product development process.

Marla Dill

Marla Dill has been in the apparel industry for over 15 years with extensive experience in pattern making, design and CAD management & development. Her experience is quite diverse, from designing and creating the military costumes for 20th Century Fox's film "The Last of the Mohicans," Gore-TexÆ outerwear for Boeing, UPS and NASA, to teaching apparel design and pattern making at the University of Delaware. An industry consultant since 1990, Marla has guided companies through CAD data management, workflow and pattern making procedures, helping companies smooth the transition from manual operations to state-of-the-art automation. Former positions include: technical and management roles at Mother's Work, Flapdoodles, Lectra Systems and Ai.

 

Joe Fink

A very experienced senior IT executive who drives business performance by restructuring and optimizing processes, and implementing technology solutions with rapid ROI. Experience includes managing multiple global and domestic products in apparel manufacturing, retail, ecommerce and mail-order. Expertise includes ERP, supply chain management, distribution and warehouse management, POS, inventory, sales, transportation, data warehousing, IPO enablement, space and floor planning and team leadership. Industry positions include CIO at Chrome Hearts, SVP Operations/ CIO at Nautica, CIO at Guess?, CIO at Dawon Consumer Products, VP MIS at General Nutrition Co.

 

Amy Grable

Amy Grable has seven years of leadership experience at Gap Inc. with proven expertise in driving strategies that increase productivity, enhance quality, increase speed and improve cost effectiveness. Amy's strengths lie in strategic & operational planning, implementation, process re-engineering, change management, and process & technology project management. Former positions include: Sr. Director of Product Integrity at Gap Inc.; Director of Product Research & Assessment at Gap Inc., Sr. Manager of Textile Mill Relations at Gap Inc., and Manager of Textile Inspection at Gap Inc.

 

Chris Jones

Chris Jones has 17 years of experience in the textile, retail and fashion industries. He’s been involved in the design and implementation of product development systems, including workflow, for many top brands, retailers, manufacturers and wholesalers. Chris also has detailed experience in the supply chain processes of some 50 leading European and global companies. Experienced with Lectra Fashion PLM, Dassault Systèmes ENOVIA PLM, PTC FlexPLM, and Gerber WebPDM software. Positions include: Senior Consultant at Microdynamics & Gerber Technology, Senior Consultant to pharmaceutical and clinical research organizations, head of the professional services organization of a marketing services and software company, leading implementation for global companies in retail, financial services, publishing, FMCG and charities. Qualified ISO 9000 internal auditor & implementer.

 

Kilara Little

An innovative and creative designer and artist who possesses broad knowledge of textile design and apparel processes. Skilled in linking customer needs to design and technical solutions with a background in textile technology, design, and retail. Ms. Little has consulted for and implemented software technologies at many companies ranging from design focused organizations to large retailers. Kilara implemented WebPDM systems for Gerber Technology before joining WWA and has worked on projects including process improvement, speed to market, software development, support and implementation. Experience with Lectra Fashion PLM, ENOVIA PLM, PTC FlexPLM, and Gerber WebPDM software.

 

Jill Mazur

Jill Mazur has sixteen years of experience in the apparel and consulting industries with expertise in project management, business operations and systems selection/design/implementation. Jill has a diversified systems background with proven ability to effectively analyze business processes and systems requirements. Previous employment includes IT Director for Michael Stars; Project Manager for Warnaco's SAP evaluation and implementation; Project Manager for Guess? for IT business system and QRS(EDI); Practice Manager with Kurt Salmon Associates Technology Group; Systems Consulting Manager for Stonefield Josephson; and Assistant to the President for Deena-Lucie Ann (intimates company wherein Jill was responsible for implementing the Wal-Mart Retail Link)

 

Solange Muniz Rodriguez

Solange Muniz Rodriguez has more than 15 years of experience in all phases of manufacturing domestically and offshore and sourcing in Asia, Central and South America. She has developed, implemented and evaluated quality assurance programs for apparel manufacturers and military contractors. Solange has set up and managed offshore production including contract negotiations and production monitoring. Her skills include ISO 9000 knowledge, ASTM and AATCC testing methods, military specifications and federal aviation regulations. Former positions include: Director of Manufacturing & Sourcing at Kellwood West; Director of Manufacturing & Quality at Leon Max; Offshore Production & Quality Manager at J.H. Collectibles.

 

Gabrielle Sampietro

Gabrielle Sampietro is a creative, innovative, industry executive with an excellent track record developing and managing the entire process from concept/design through development/delivery in apparel, headwear and accessories. Strong organizational and team building skills. Experienced in global sourcing. Gabrielle is an entrepreneur who started, developed and ran her own company. Industry positions include Vice President Apparel at Burton Snowboards, Executive Vice President at Kellwood, Vice President Operations at Ashworth, General Merchandise Manager at Reebok International, and founder/partner of Gabani Inc.

Pat Trautman

Bilingual (Spanish/English) consultant to the apparel industry worldwide, with expertise and emphasis on fit development and maintenance, sizing, pattern making and grading in wovens or knits, men’s, women’s and children’s wear. Twenty plus years experience in design and technical design. Previous employers include; Design Director at Ametex, Senior Technical Designer at Casual Corner Group, pre-production consulting with ITALMOD, RORI International and other major multi-national companies. Pat has been a professor of Apparel Design and Production for major US academic institutions.

 

Walter M. Wilhelm

Over fifteen years of experience in apparel retail, and technology sales, installation & support. He has owned and operated two of his own retail operations in Utah and has had senior sales and key account responsibilities in two major technology companies: Animated Images (Ai) and Freeboarders. Walter has very strong expertise in business development & technology implementation and senior project management. Former positions include: Director of Sales at Freeboarders; Regional Sales Manager of Animated Images; Owner/Founder of Bike Line SLC; Owner/Co-Founder of Active Sports Recycling

 

Stephanie Williamson

Strong background in retail management with Lady Footlocker, GAP, Abercrombie & Fitch, Contempo Casuals and other major national specialty stores. Owner/Founder of Bike Line SLC. Director of Administration for major automotive company before joining WWA in 2002 as Director of Administration. Assumed responsibility for the Executive Search function for WWA in 2003 and has been successful in placing senior level candidates in companies throughout the US and Central America. In 2003, promoted to Vice President of Administration with responsibilities for finance, marketing, and executive search.

 

Marci Zaroff
